Before submitting the paper, authors are kindly asked to check whether are the papers written in accordance with the Instruction to Authors. The Editor–in–Chief retains the right to reject a manuscript if he finds that it is not within the scope of the journal or if it is not written in accordance with Instructions to Authors.
